2026 Volleyball Preview: Heyworth looks to keep program buzzing with third straight regional title

HEYWORTH — Heyworth volleyball was part of a memorable year for Hornet athletics last year where multiple teams won regional titles.
The Hornets are looking to make it three Class 1A regional titles in a row with an experienced roster of over 15 upperclassmen and impact returners at every position. Those numbers lead to a lot of depth and athleticism that head coach Drew Robertson’s squad looks to rely on in a competitive Heart of Illinois Conference.
