The Roundup, Feb. 11, 2025: Washington girls win Mid-Illini, four boys teams reach 20-win mark

Washington girls basketball wrapped up a fantastic regular season by winning the Mid-Illini Conference title over Morton in Tuesday night’s headliner. The Panthers broke their own record for most wins in a season and will head into the postseason at 30-1. 

In boys hoops, four teams – Morton, East Peoria, El Paso-Gridley and Fieldcrest – won their 20th game of the season while four Inter-County squads were winners as well.
