A number of high-profile games on Tuesday led to an exciting night in boys and girls hoops in Central Illinois. 

Class 3A No. 9 Morton handed No. 1 Washington its first loss of the season in girls hoops in a finish that came down to the wire, plus Peoria boys soundly defeated Metamora in boys basketball.
