Weather-related postponements but a temporary stop on some of the fun in Central Illinois high school sports on Thursday, but some teams made the most of it.
The elements weren’t a factor at the Pontiac Indoor Invite in girls track and field, with Normal Community, Washington and Eureka all winning multiple titles. Two Normal schools won in baseball while BCC prevailed over PND in a softball pitcher’s dual.
