The Roundup, Sept. 23, 2024: IVC, Brimfield win volleyball 3-setters, trio of soccer teams prevail in shutouts

Monday’s slate of high school sports in Central Illinois consisted of mainly non-conference games, with IVC, Brimfield and Fieldcrest among the day’s winners.

On the soccer pitch, Illini Bluffs and Normal Community soccer extended win streaks, among a few other area winners including Peoria Christian and Normal U-High. Golfers from Canton, Illini Bluffs and Roanoke-Benson came away with victories as well.
