Tremont girls basketball has been one of the more consistently solid programs in the area, putting together five straight .500 or better seasons. The Turks aren’t just looking to simply continue that this season, they feel like 20 or more wins and a Heart of Illinois Conference title is within reach.
The Turks return Savannah Jost, their all-conference forward and leading scorer from last season to lead the way alongside a handful of other players who gained experience last season. Tremont has a deep roster with multiple scoring threats and an added ambition to play at a fast pace in a highly-competitive HOIC race.
