2025 Baseball Preview: Boosted by trio of transfers, Normal Community reloads atop Big 12

Normal Community has been one of the more dominant teams in Central Illinois baseball over the last few years. After a large exodus of graduating seniors moving on to play at the next level, the Ironmen’s cupboard may have looked bare last summer but in actuality, it’s anything but.
Several talented players, such as Kyle Beaty and Jonah Roper, return in various spots and multiple new faces are eager to take advantage of their time to shine. The Ironmen received a massive boost from a trio of transfers from Normal U-High who are all Division-I bound.
Normal Community will look to rely on its depth and versatility to propel them over the sectional hump and deep into the Class 4A postseason.
