2025 Softball Season Preview: Metamora again poised for championship run

With high expectations and a roster filled with experience, this year’s Metamora softball team enters the upcoming season determined to make a deep playoff run.
After falling to the eventual state champions Lamont and Pontaic in each of the last three seasons, the Redbirds are looking to break through and capture a long-awaited state title behind Ole Miss commit Kaidance Till.
The Redbirds additionally return a total six seniors who have been key contributors since their sophomore seasons, three of which have earned all-state honors.
