2026 Volleyball Preview: Delavan feeling confident in improvement behind several returnees

DELAVAN — After losing just one player from last year’s team, Delavan volleyball head coach Emily Fisher and her squad feel they’re bringing much more to the table than last year.
The Panthers are looking to regroup and play to their strengths this fall as they have a variety of experience with seniors, multiple starting juniors and underclassmen. But the common denominator between them all: they’re hungry.
With plenty of upperclassmen leaders, the Panthers look to develop talent among their underclassmen depth. They have their eyes on winning regionals, and look to use their defensive and underdog mentality to upset some of their toughest competition.
