“A great leader”: Freihaut, Tri-Valley accomplishing lofty goals

DOWNS – The postgame celebration for Tri-Valley’s girls basketball team was a special one on December 12. After a 65-34 conference win, the team had just figured out that Addy Freihaut had reached a significant milestone.

The team was going up against Fieldcrest and Freihaut was just playing as she normally did. However, it didn’t occur to her until afterwards that she had accomplished one of the biggest feats so far: scoring 1,000 career points.
