MINONK – After taking down Eureka for the second straight Friday, Fieldcrest improved to a perfect 8-0 on the young season.


It’s been a bit of deja vu for the Knights.


Last year, Fieldcrest started the season with 10 consecutive victories on its way to a 33-2 season, the winningest campaign in school history. Despite losing six seniors and three of their top scorers from that team, the Knights have been able to reload thanks to the senior guard duo of Eddie Lorton and Jordan Heider.
