Full list of Central Illinois boys track and field state qualifiers

The best of the best in boys track across the state ran, jumped, or threw their way to the IHSA State Meet, which will be held at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston from May 23-25.

The following athletes have attained state-qualifying benchmarks at various sectional meets throughout the state, with some performing well enough to compete in multiple events. Local teams and their state qualifiers in this list are grouped by class, then by regional.
