Girls basketball power rankings, Feb 13, 2024: Morton, Dee-Mack ascend, two teams make debuts heading into regional championships

The regular season for IHSA girls basketball is in the rearview mirror and its all about handling business in the playoffs now, where each of the 10 teams in the weekly CSM Power Rankings have a chance to play for a regional title and keep their march towards Normal alive. 

Six of those teams earned No. 1 seeds in their sub-sectionals, including Peoria Heights who set a program record for wins in a season, and Morton, who won the Mid-Illini Conference championship.
