Only a handful of area teams remain in the IHSA boys basketball postseason and fewer will still be dancing after Friday’s sectional title games.
Metamora takes on Richwoods in a high-powered Class 3A sectional title game in Pontiac that will feature Big 10-bound forwards Cooper Koch and Lathan Sommerville. Fieldcrest, Normal Community and Illini Bluffs will all play for the right to continue their historic seasons as well.
