The Roundup, Dec. 2, 2025: Normal Community boys win Intercity, Richwoods and Dee-Mack win in boys and girls hoops

Normal Community can add another Intercity title to the mantle. The Ironmen handed Bloomington a 10-point defeat on Tuesday and finished the tournament 4-0 behind a big performance from Chase Kasten. 

Plenty of other boys and girls hoops teams were in action, including Richwoods and Dee-Mack who won on both sides. Eureka and Fieldcrest’s boys teams both started off their seasons with victories while IVC, Tri-Valley and Brimfield were other notable winners. 

Metamora, Washington and Midland all continued their hot starts in girls basketball while Normal Community and Heyworth both won multiple matches on the wrestling mats.
