When Peoria Christian traveled to Peoria Heights on Jan. 26, it was must-see basketball.
In a game that came down to the wire, the host Patriots led the Chargers 58-57 with less than 10 seconds remaining. That’s when Peoria Christian’s Gavin Walder hit a right wing 3-pointer to give the Chargers the 60-58 lead, and ultimately the game.
