A program that was in search of a spark to ignite growth, Peoria High volleyball found its new leader and a coach that comes in with an established pedigree.
Cassandra Gauf enters her first season with the Lions after spending over 15 years as the volleyball head coach at Farmington, where she led the Farmers to regional titles in 2014 and 2017.
To match that success, the task will be tough but Gauf inherits a team that is young, enthusiastic and hoping to make Peoria High volleyball a hallmark program at the school.
