2025 Volleyball Preview: Confidence is key for young Delavan team

DELAVAN — The Delavan Panthers volleyball team looking to play with confidence and energy for the 2025 season.
Although they will be a young team — having graduated seven seniors — head coach Emily Fisher knows that she has a solid core group of girls who are ready to step up on varsity this season.
Two starters are returning for the Panthers: outside hitter, Kara Lowry, and setter/right side hitter, Addison Fisher. Leading the team as a captain alongside Fisher will be McKinzey Ring, an outside hitter and defense specialist. Another player to watch out for on Delavan is libero, Willow Gomez, playing on varsity for the first time this season.
