2026 Volleyball Preview: Peoria Christian aims to keep momentum going

PEORIA — The Peoria Christian volleyball team’s senior class has seen the program become a tough out during its time with the Chargers.
Peoria Christian claimed 17 wins in 2024 before notching a 19-17 ledger in 2025, highlighted by a midseason stretch in which the Chargers won nine of 11 matches.
New head coach Elizabeth Persinger has coached much of the roster since it was in middle school, allowing the Chargers to have a base to build off of in the 2026 season.
