Suspense on the diamond highlighted Friday’s action. Normal Community walked off Richwoods in extra innings, Peoria Christian walked off Rock Island Alleman, and Washington walked off Geneseo and got walked off by West Aurora. Area soccer powers were in action and numerous track meets commenced to round out Friday’s action.
