On an otherwise quiet night of high school hoops, Brimfield and Heyworth girls basketball won first round games at the Hey Hi Holiday Tournament while IVC won handily in the Ottawa Holiday Tournament.
Manual, Richwoods, Princeville and Farmington were also in action in girls basketball and Heyworth was a winner in boys hoops.
