The Roundup, Dec. 5, 2025: Manual, Richwoods earn Big 12 sweeps, Limestone’s Pilgrim and Fieldcrest’s Klendworth score 30-plus

A full night of hoops in Central Illinois featured the opening conference matchups for many teams, especially in the Big 12.

Manual and Richwoods won both their boys and girls games while Normal Community boys and Peoria Notre Dame girls stayed unbeaten. 

Bloomington Central Catholic and Peoria High put up hot nights from the floor while Fieldcrest’s Kash Klendworth had a career performance en route to a Knights victory. Pekin and Morton were notable girls winners and Limestone’s Michaela Pilgrim had a gargantuan performance to lead the Rockets to a Mid-Illini win as well.
