The Roundup, Feb. 2 2026: Nunley sets Dee-Mack 3-point record, Manual and East Peoria win close contests

Dee-Mack girls basketball has a new 3-point queen as Jaelyn Nunley set the program record for career threes to help the Chiefs beat Lexington in Heart of Illinois Conference action on Monday.


The Chiefs were one of several HOIC girls squads to pick up wins, along with Heyworth, El Paso-Gridley and Tri-Valley. Manual and East Peoria also won tightly-contested non-conference contests. Bloomington and Illini Bluffs headlined winners in boys basketball.
