The Roundup, Feb. 9, 2026: Illini Bluffs, Elmwood, BCC among many to win big in girls hoops

Closely contested games were hard to come across on Monday with more than a handful of girls basketball squads winning by 20 or more. 

Area powers Illini Bluffs, Dee-Mack and Tri-Valley all were victorious and Fieldcrest’s TeriLynn Timmerman, El Paso-Gridley’s Myli Ehrhardt and Illini Bluffs’ Emerson Eeten had some of the biggest performances of the night. Fieldcrest, Midland and Olympia were in action on the boys side.
