Nearly every boys basketball team in the Clutch Sports Media coverage area was in action on Friday night, with conference battles aplenty. Morton, Metamora, Washington and East Peoria were Mid-Illini winners, just as Richwoods, Manual, Normal Community and Normal West were in the Big 12. Fieldcrest picked up a massively important win in a state-ranked rivalry win and Peoria Christian and Peoria Heights played a game for the ages.
