Friday night was filled with rivalry basketball as Richwoods, Normal Community and Peoria Christian all won games against their neighbors.
Both the Knights and the Ironmen were on the winning end of Big 12 boys-girls sweeps, as was Manual. Richwoods’ Amarion Smith-Holley scored his 1,000th point while the Knights girls gained sole possession of first place in the Big 12 in a thriller.
Limestone boys won in overtime and Heyworth also picked up wins in boys and girls hoops.
