Saturday’s slate of games had a ton of action, high-scoring moments and fantastic finishes.
Fieldcrest put up a blowout in their football game against Walther Academy, finishing off a weekend of offensive masterclasses. Limestone volleyball put up a brilliant performance to win their conference rival Pekin’s tournament as Mia Lamberti and Bryn Williamson each reached significant milestones. IVC, Metamora and Bloomington scored seven goals or more to secure victories in soccer while Dunlap and Morton won key games as well.
Many area schools competed in cross country races at Peoria High and Elmwood as well.
