The Roundup, Sept. 2, 2026: Intercity soccer provides plenty of action, Brimfield, Limestone, Midland remain unbeaten in volleyball

The Bloomington/Normal Intercity soccer tournament brought fireworks on Wednesday as Normal Community and Normal U-High battled in a game that wasn't decided until the final five seconds. Bloomington and Bloomington Central Catholic also squared off in a crosstown rivalry.

Brimfield, Limestone and Midland all continued season-opening win streaks and Richwoods flag football did the same.
