The Roundup, Sept. 25, 2025: Dunlap girls, Washington boys win Mid-Illini in golf, Eureka, PND, Dunlap volleyball score big wins

Conference titles in Mid-Illini golf were handed out on Thursday with Dunlap’s girls team and Washington’s boys team narrowly pulling out first-place finishes. Pekin’s Colin Kemp and Dunlap’s Sydney Hunt were the respective medalists. Eureka boys golf set a program record and Normal Community picked up a win as well. 

There was also a heavy dose of conference volleyball action as Dunlap, Eureka, Peoria Notre Dame and Illini Bluffs all scored key wins. Many of the area’s top soccer teams took part in the Great River Classic in Bettendorf, Iowa.
