2025 Softball Preview: Illini Bluffs seek a sixth consecutive trip to the state tournament

Illini Bluffs softball has a proven track record as one of the best and most consistent teams in the area. The Tigers have played for a Class 1A state championship every year since 2019, excluding the 2020 COVID year, with their most recent title coming in 2022.
Head coach Lindsey Lox has her Tigers primed to be a force yet again after graduating just two seniors from a year ago. With eight new freshmen, this team is well-balanced to keep the status quo of competing for championships.
