2025 Volleyball Preview: Dunlap takes hard-working, versatile mentality in Miller’s first season

DUNLAP — The Mid-Illini volleyball conference season can test any team as much as an Ironman triathlon.
A league loaded with powers can often make a great team look like just a good team on paper, a situation that Dunlap volleyball found itself in in 2024 after finishing fourth in the conference. This year, the Eagles are motivated by a possibility that says ‘Why not us?’ as they look to challenge for a conference crown.
Leading the way for Dunlap is a new head coach and former Eagles star Leah Miller, who returns to her alma mater after coaching for several years in Indiana. Her Eagles look to hang their hats on being a motivated, versatile group of Swiss Army knives that has plenty of leaders.
