2025 Volleyball Preview: Illini Bluffs blends youth and experience to prime for another big year

GLASFORD — Illini Bluffs is a school that’s used to winning championships and its volleyball team is no different.
The Tigers are coming off a strong 2024 season where they won a Class 1A sectional title before falling to rival Hartsburg-Emden in super-sectionals. What made their run more impressive was that they did so with largely a new-look team after graduating several seniors in 2024.
Many of those key players, such as all-conference selections Chloe Eeten, Emerson Eeten and Addie Woertz, are back this season and give the Tigers a good blend of youth and experience.
