2026 Volleyball Preview: Fieldcrest looks to build off regional title appearance as program alum Schultz takes over

MINONK — Fieldcrest volleyball brings the best of both worlds together this fall.
The Knights are a younger team on paper with four seniors, four juniors and five sophomores, but are also experienced with five starters from last season coming back. With two strong middles and liberos, defense and serve receiving look to be a big strength of head coach Gracie Schultz’s squad.
Schultz is a 2021 Fieldcrest alum who is ready to energize a squad that reached a Class 1A regional championship last season after coaching Fieldcrest’s freshman team last fall. The Knights have taken well to their new coach so far and have seen exponential growth during the summer.
