The final third of the IHSA football regular season is drawing close as many teams try to push across the five or six-win threshold.
Much like the last two weeks, the top games in Week 7 are spread out across many conferences.
In the Mid-Illini, Washington (5-1, 4-0 Mid-Illini) will duke it out with Dunlap (6-0, 4-0) in a battle for the top spot while the winner of Morton and East Peoria will secure playoff eligibility.
The Heart of Central Illinois Conference features Route 24 foes Eureka and El Paso-Gridley squaring off as the Titans try to stay undefeated. Dee-Mack will take on Warrensburg-Latham in a matchup of 3-3 teams needing to get above .500.
The Lincoln Trail/Prairieland and Illini Prairie conferences also will have multiple even matchups.
Clutch Sports Media will be providing a free, live broadcast of Eureka at El Paso-Gridley in our WMBD Game of the Week on ciproud.com. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. with pregame coverage starting at 6:45.
CSM will also be providing a free, live broadcast of Bloomington Central Catholic hosting St. Joseph-Ogden in our CSM Game of the Week on clutchsportsil.com. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. with pregame coverage beginning at 6:50.
