The Roundup, Jan 21, 2026: Guedet reaches 1K, Manual, East Peoria, Heyworth win in hoops

A day full of mostly non-conference hoops was highlighted by one of the lone league contests of the night as Washington’s girls team picked up win No. 20 of the season against Limestone. Senior forward Dani Guedet scored her 1,000th career point in the win.

East Peoria’s boys team continued to roll while Heyworth and Dunlap were also on the winning end. Manual girls picked up a key Class 2A win while Dunlap and Princeville battled in close contests.
