Another full day of action on the diamond and soccer field featured several teams around the area continue unbeaten starts to the season, including Limestone and Tremont baseball, plus Normal U-High and Peoria Notre Dame soccer as all four teams took down solid non-conference opponents.
Eureka and Farmington won one-run games in baseball and both Normal Community and Normal West were victorious on their spring break trips. Dee-Mack and IVC softball both scored over 20 runs in routs as IVC’s Joharah Boze had a massive day at the plate. Dunlap, Illini Bluffs and Normal U-High all used shutouts to earn another win in softball as well.
