The Roundup, Sept. 21, 2026: BCC, IVC win in volleyball and soccer, many girls golf teams in action
A new week of high school sports action in Central Illinois began with volleyball, soccer, golf and flag football action and Bloomington Central Catholic and IVC winning in multiple sports.
Brimfield also won in volleyball, boys golf and girls golf while Normal U-High and Pekin picked up shutout wins on the soccer pitch.
Golf teams aimed to get in top shape with the postseason not far away as Metamora, Pekin, Dunlap and Tri-Valley’s girls teams led the top-performing teams on the day.
